Mrs Josephine COX ATKINS, 88, died Monday, at the home of a daughter Mrs. Elma BEAN of New Market. Born in Putnam County Feb f, 1866, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth STATEN MILLER. She married Dec. 24, 1884 to E.T. Cox He died in 1915. On Jan 27, 1927 she married to George ATKINS. He died in June of 1932. She was preceded in death by a son Earl. The daughter Mrs. Ela BEAN survives.
